We once thank RAAA member Mr. Shawn Austin, who serves as an Austin Educational Trustee, for facilitating the inclusion of a scholarship specifically earmarked for a Rutgers University student. Mr. Austin's efforts showcase how we can make a difference in our community, one alumnus at a time. For our inclusion in this process, RAAA will work to facilitate the application process as a means to provide a wider pool of eligible candidates.
As it is our intent to be a conduit for increased opportunities in our community, RAAA is committed to engage, mentor and encourage the award recipients to ensure they maintain the eligibility requirements for scholarship renewal during their time at Rutgers.
